Tlixarenthel provides party styling and outdoor event design services. Our services include consultation, design planning, furniture and decor arrangement, lighting installation, and event coordination as outlined in our service packages.

Booking and Payment

When you book our services:

• A deposit is required to secure your event date
• Full payment is due according to the terms in your service agreement
• Prices are subject to change but will be honored as quoted in your agreement
• Additional services requested beyond the original scope may incur extra charges

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by package and timing:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event receive a partial refund
• Cancellations made 14-30 days before the event receive a reduced refund
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable
• Weather-related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide access to the event venue at agreed-upon times
• Provide accurate information about venue conditions and restrictions
• Obtain any necessary permits or permissions for the event
• Cooperate with our team during setup and breakdown
• Notify us of any changes to event details as soon as possible

Liability

While we take great care in providing our services, Tlixarenthel is not liable for damages or injuries that occur at your event beyond those directly caused by our negligence. We recommend clients obtain appropriate event insurance.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, or other acts of God.

Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and materials created by Tlixarenthel remain our intellectual property. We may photograph events for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rhode Island.
