Cancellation and Refund Policy

Since we provide services rather than physical products, our return policy focuses on cancellations and refunds for booked events:

Cancellation Timeline

  • More than 30 days before event: Receive 75% refund of total payment
  • 14-30 days before event: Receive 50% refund of total payment
  • 7-14 days before event: Receive 25% refund of total payment
  • Less than 7 days before event: No refund available

Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances as they secure your event date and cover initial planning costs.

Weather-Related Cancellations

We understand that outdoor events can be affected by weather conditions:

  • In cases of severe weather warnings or dangerous conditions, we will work with you to reschedule your event
  • Rescheduling options are available based on our availability
  • If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion
  • We encourage clients to have backup plans for rain or moderate weather conditions

Service Modifications

If you need to modify your service package:

  • Upgrades to larger packages can be accommodated with additional payment
  • Downgrades to smaller packages may be possible more than 30 days before the event
  • Minor changes to styling preferences can be made up to 14 days before the event
  • Major changes requested within 14 days may incur additional fees

Disputes and Resolutions

  • Partial refunds may be considered for significant service failures

Please note that style preferences and subjective opinions do not qualify for refunds if the agreed-upon services were delivered as planned.

Force Majeure Events

In cases of circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or other force majeure events:

  • We will prioritize rescheduling your event
  • Service credits may be offered for future use
  • Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Damaged or Missing Items

While all our decor and furniture are inspected before events:

  • Report any damaged items immediately upon discovery
  • We will replace or repair items when possible
  • Appropriate adjustments to fees may be made for significant issues

How to Request Cancellation

To cancel your booked event:

  2. Include your name, event date, and booking reference
  3. Wait for confirmation of cancellation receipt
  4. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of cancellation approval
